Description

Potent transcriptional repressor that binds to the H1 element of the Ets2 promoter. May regulate other genes involved in cellular proliferation (By similarity). Required for extraembryonic ectoderm differentiation, ectoplacental cone cavity closure, and chorioallantoic attachment.
